How to do it, what it costs, and what it does to the car owner's no-claims bonus.
Adding a learner as a named driver is usually the cheapest thing to do on the day and the most expensive thing to get wrong. The premium is modest because a supervised learner is a low risk while supervised. The exposure is that a claim is the owner's claim, against the owner's no-claims bonus, for about five years.
